The Sennheiser E935 and E945 are great mics for the money. The Tele M80 is also a rippa.
...like with other mics, I thought I'd post this here. I used the VMS software (U47) on a Sennheiser E945 mic. The mic just so happened to be going through the VMS pre anyway, which was a plus. I found the VMS software totally made the difference in making this vocal...
