Monitor Advice/Recommendations for mini home studio

...the budget, but my room isn't treated. Would I hear the difference between those and say real cheap stuff like JBL 104 micro monitors? I'd also need a woofer for below the 30-40hz right? Or could I get a decent low end mix without it? Appreciate the help.
