2ndMOUSE - Biotic ( Boards of Canada fans will like this )

Its still rough mixwise , but its going in the right direction
It wasn't intentional to make it sound like Boards of Canada , but it does.
It is what it is.

Feedback welcome. It will all help to make the track better.

I like it. Is that a CS80 (just a wild guess)?

Do you mean the bass ?
I can see where you're coming from , but surprisingly not.
Its just a simple little synth called the elec7ro by TAL ( togu audio line ) , but I have a ton of effects on it to give it that kinda analogue dirty feel.
Thanks =)

That sounds just like a CS80... It's nice that you got that sound. I'm a loyal fan of retro synths and that early analog sound.

I like the kick on this track. I feel like the beginning needs more air. This kind of reminds me of Com Truise but just sayin haha

Ahh , you mean the BOC-esque lead sound . No , what I used costs a lot less than a CS80, as in free , and its a synth no-one ever talks about. It also doesn't need a team of roadies to shift it

Define " progressive ".
I see the term bandied about for years now and im still not sure what others mean by it , as I think most music is a progression from the start to the finish.
I just do whatever comes to mind. No plans , no predetermined kinda agenda. It just goes where it goes.
