Folk Noir w/ Synths

I used all sub $130 (Can) mics for this recording -- the SP B1, MXL 990, and 57. I finished it yesterday. I wrote it in the morning and then recorded it in the afternoon in my basement. I play all the instruments. It's called "Don't Miss Your Ship".

I like it a t first but its getting a bit boring after a while. I guess the song needs more time and needs to be shorter.

just listening through sub $20 speakers....

im a big folk fan, specially freak folk (devendra banhart, animal collective, joanna newsom, vashti bunyan)

and this is pretty cool stuff you got hear..i really dont like the synths....they sound out of place...maybe with some stereo plugs u can get them to fit in the back a little more and be less prominent...

keep it up,

and thanks for making me depressed for 3 minutes
