good samples... but extremely obvious use of samples (kickdrum too loud, hi-hat lacks dynamic change, a billion sounds going at once)... and PLEASE TUNE THAT BASE GUITAR!!!! or whatever that was at the end..
the electric guitar sounds like you recorded it over an old telephone.
spend more time micing the amp and get some real sound on the guitar.

mute all of that other stuff you have going on... have your guitarist start playing... move the mic around until you have it in a spot that sounds exactly like (or better) in the recording than how it sounds in real life.
when you've got a good tone, have him go back and actually record. once you have good material to use... then you can toy with it.
