Video on my Composition Process : )

Hello everybody!

I am Sotos Bakas and wanted to share with you my new video on composing music.
Lately I am working on some cinematic music and I thought to share my process and instrumentation!
I ll be really glad to know your thoughts! : )

This definitely sounds like an attempt at Post Rock. Pretty good. That chord progression is maybe a bit played out.
The acoustic guitar lick was pretty cool, but the following parts were a bit generic, like the electric guitar harmonics, and
typical huge cinematic drums. String part was playing some nice chord tones, but no real memorable melody. Bass line was
kinda just there.

I would say try not resting everything so heavily on a generic looped chord progression. It always seems to go the same way, and just
sounds way to safe.
Step out of the comfort zone and think outside the box a bit.
