Cleaning up horrible audio recording?

I have three snippets of audio I recorded while half-asleep in bed (it's for when I have story/plot ideas for the novel I'm currently writing--they tend to come to me when I'm half-awake). But these three snippets were such bad recordings that I couldn't make any sense of them (lots of rubbing noise, voice too low). I tried to compress/limit the hell out of them but still couldn't understand a word. I figured I'd put them up for anyone who wants a challenge to see if they can actually clean these up enough so they're understandable: https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...UE?usp=sharing
