DUY Plugins transfer - what is wrong with these guys :-(....(don't buy DUY plugins)

I bought the DUY Analog collection second hand off a fellow Gearslut.
Price was fair and he was a good communicator.
I paid him his money and he tried to transfer them to me.
Of course he couldn't - it has to be done by DUY with paperwork and a 40 Euro transfer fee.
So the seller filled out the form and I paid the t'fer fee.

This was over a month ago.
And nothing has been done by DUY since.
I have chased them up numerous times to no avail.

My recommendation to you - DO NOT BUY DUY PLUGINS.
How these guys stay in business is beyond me.
It's just not worth the grief people - give them a wide birth.

to DUY.
I don't care how good there plugins are - if this is how they treat there customers then they deserve to go out of business.
I would have considered buying other 'new' collections off them but not now.

I know I'm venting but we need to vote with our wallets.
In the same way that I am passionately in support of BeesNeez I will be passionately against DUY from now on.

It's funny. After reading your post, I've been looking for the DUY contact phone to offer you my help (it's a Spanish based company, so it's very easy for me just make a call and manage it) and I realized that the plugin section is ONLY managed from UK and USA. Weird. Did you try call them?

If you do a search on the forums you'll find that DUY has a long history of terrible customer support, and many cases similar to yours.

I am having the same issue. Been waiting 5 months to get the windows 7 installers for the TDM Analogue bundle.

lost count of the number of tickets sent and phone call messages left and e-mails direct to sales at DUY.

They suck big time. Expensive plugins but real chesp customer service.

Anybody here with the windows 7 installers for tdm analogue bundle? Anybody?

That's very true.

Honestly, I think DUY Tape especially is great and has been so for many years but with 'customer support' like that I simply stopped using it.

Life's too short and don't fool yourself into thinking that you can't work without plug-in XY. You can.

Here for the gear
Sorry to resurrect and old thread, but I wanted to know if anyone has the 64bit VST version of the Everpack. I received an email back in 2012 with updates but those links obviously don't work anymore. The file I'm looking for may have a filename similar to "everpack-vst-win4001b.zip"

I would greatly appreciate if anyone has this file, please PM me?

Thanks in advance!
