Are you mentally ill or intentionally behave like stupid jerk?

Only good thing moderators can finally do here is to ban you from GS ASAP.
I had a situation where I was called names because I did not want to sell outside the boarders. It works both ways. I personally do not ship outside the states because of the risk getting ripped off. However, Scott should have made that clear from the beginning.

I do not mind shipping out of the states to verified addresses.

I have done that on several ocassions with no problems.

I do not suffer from xenophobia as Gyang seems to have suggested.

If anything I am fascinated by other cultures.

Hmm kinda agree about the comments that despite his apparent 'career highlights' (lol) he has a point. It is very frustrating to not be able to buy gear off you guys even though we could be like less than two hours away! For example Montreal is not far from Boston or upstate NY.

In fact I almost always pay a little more because some things are just not available here. It's just as complex for me fill out the form for domestic or US shipping. I'm sure you know we're on the short list of countries that can be paypal verified/ seller protected.

I do what I say.

That is why feedback matters.

The only problem with the P5 was that I had never opened it up and cleaned it.

Once I started doing that about once every six weeks I stopped having issues.

I had also managed to wipe the memory because I had memory protect off and the midi cable was always hooked up to it.

I am inocent until proven guilty, and this is not kangaroo court.

OldGearGuy, I agree with you on all points.

The Kangaroo court comment is not directed at you.

You need to calm down.

Had you been calm in the first place none of this would have ever happened and as the rest of my (customers) found out, I go the extra mile to make people happy.

You have been a major headache to this point.

You should have contacted some of the people who have left feedback and asked about there experience with me.

A few of them would have probably said that it took longer than expected but that they were satisfied in the end.

As you may be.

As for the lack of communication.

I ADMIT THAT I COULD HAVE DONE BETTER.

I hope that you are an honest person.

You are an unverified Paypal user living in Mexico, so I hope it is not I, who gets screwed.

All off your super fast complaining seems like the perfect setup to steal someones gear and claim that you never received it.
I dont care how good you take care of you customers, if an item I bought is not shipped within 3 days I will never buy from that person again..If I read about someone taking 4 days to ship I would never order from them..there is no reason for it except for playing kids games and acting immature.."Ill show you MR. I will take extra long to ship your item"....for real man, grow up!! Unless there is an emergency there is no reason a person can not get to the post office or fed ex in 1 day!

Thank-you.

I admit that I was an ass.

Got a lot of sh$# going on in my life at the moment and unfortunately I let it affect my mood and subsequently my descicion making process.

Temporary insanity?

No, but perhaps I was temporaraly ********.

I am having an extreme family crisis if you must know.

That is the only reason I needed to get rid of it in the first place.

I am glad that I was able to handle it.

Sh^& happens, accidents happen, life happens, what matters is the end result.

Really?

Oh, maybe it means that they cannot guarantee verification in those countries?

I don't think they can guarantee verification in *any* country. What does "verified" mean, anyway? Do they come to your house that "verify" you or what?

Just means your address CC # are valid and match your paypal profile. They only do a charge with a code in the title, you enter that code on their page: verified! In theory paypal does not give any 'seller protection' to anything other than the verified address. The details change if you're a "powerseller" or not though. Look it up..

They tend to side with the buyer in general.

As has been mentioned, communication is key. I ALWAYS ask for a phone number on high priced items (above $1K) even before I bid and definitely before I pay. If the person doesn't give me a phone number I don't bid. I always call and discuss and get a war fuzzy feeling first. It's always worked. The sellers I've dealt with have always been understanding and appreciative. I've done this with a buyer as well. Just way too much fraud.

As I said before in this thread, I AM A VERIFIED ADDRESS USER.

The thing is that my verified address is my home and I wanted the keyboard to be delivered in my recording studio (5 minutes distance).

That's it.

BTW, the money is not in my account yet, I'll let you know.

Well since this is in the moan zone now, I can express myself.

I get a message from Papal saying that the refund is NOT completed yet.

So Scott, indeed, you took my money, spent it and now I have to wait.

Honestly this is not cool man, not cool.

THEN WHY MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT READS LIKE THIS? It says that refund is INITIATED, not COMPLETED.

The first time you refunded me (yes I know guys), it took an hour not 4 days.

Policy perhaps?

The money has to be transfered from my bank account to Paypal and I suppose that takes a couple of days. When I issued the refund it said something about the 19th.

it is in transit.

I have refunded the money.

Paypal is being slow at this point, not me.

Check my feedback.

The first time you refunded, you probably had the $ in your PP account, so it was instant. Since you already spent or transferred the money to your bank account from the second payment, paypal first had to transfer fund$ back from your bank account to your paypal account before being able to complete the refund payment. That usually takes 3-5 business days.

I'm guessing they probably do it this way to make sure the funds are there first, unlike making a purchase through paypal with funds from your bank account as the source, which is almost instant.

I think at this point, (from my understanding of how Paypal operates), it's done and now just in transit..
