Not so much different than how the IRS pursues low and middle income people and ignores the "billionaires" who pay $750 and brag about how it makes them smart, not criminals. People want to be the self-proclaimed billionaire and identify with them, not the largely inaccurate stereotype of the inner city welfare queen, so it's no surprise we vilify one and look up to the other, though one clearly causes more damage and extracts orders of magnitude more value.

That said I just had the honor of firing another "contractor" and kicking him off my property. Discovering every conversation and argument we've had over a project in the last few months was just me arguing with his alcoholism... good times.
