Help! My synthesizers are making me fat!

When I get home from work, I spend most of time
with my synths, instead of being outside riding my bike
and exercising!

This is turning out to be an unhealthy hobby!

At least I have not fallen, and can not get up!

Just stand up and dance when you play them.
Kill two birds with one stone.

Start running.
I do 6km for 30 mins a day, 6 days a week.
Keep the diet keyed in.

I do this in the morning- it sets me up for the day.

Ah, analog fatness. Comes with the process. Use digital? Plug-ins?

You need to just take periodic breaks. It only takes 30 mins to run.

Synth for a couple hours, 30 min run, shower, then synth again... The 30 min run will actually do wonders for your productivity and will give you time to put everything that you're working on into perspective. Especially the shower...

You might think I'm joking, but you'd be surprised..

Simple solution: create workout music on your synths, put on a portable player, and exercise to them.
