So many people complain about Waves this n that, and I just want to say, I had a great experience with Waves tech support today. I had a very strange graphics issue come up, and the Waves tech I called did a bunch of research, and figured it our within a very short period of time.

I love their plug-ins, and their tech support is fantastic! (Thanks Yoee!)

Just had an almost unbelievably great experience with Waves tech support, and thought I'd post here (after searching for a suitable thread).

I did an update recently which minced my Waves plugins (Windows 7). Somem didn't appear at all anymore, some did but the GUI was blank, some worked fine. A quick call to tech support and someone connected to my machine and fixed things in real time in front of me (the problem was various dependencies in Windows).

Very impressive indeed, and probably the best single customer service experience I'd ever had!
