Check out the TB 75-1558SE: Room correction EQ - mono or stereo?

92 dB sensitivity and can be crossed over as low as 300 Hz (using 4th order or higher slopes) depending on your SPL requirements. If using a 500 Hz X-over, they don´t sweat.

Highly recommended.

Thanks very much, Jens. Fascinating. Stayed up late into the night reading about planar drivers. I'm too closed-minded. Years ago was unimpressed with the first generations of ribbon tweets, even had some old speakers with ribbons for awhile but didn't like them. So I just ignored anything that looked like a ribbon device ever since. I didn't even bother to bother to read ad copy on ribbon-type devices.

Maybe should get a couple of newer planars to experiment with.
