Helmholtz resonator placement

I am working on a new room. Due to limitations, I had to install a partial "wall" 6' behind me. Bare studs and rock wool. The wall measures 10' x 10' , and is stuffed from top to bottom with 4" of rock wool. (2, two-inch panels, which I can remove.) I now want to make this entire wall a slatted Helmholtz resonator so I can tackle a room null at 133hz. My question is location: Does a filter of this type need to be mounted on the perimeter of a room, or is it just as effective to have it located mid room?
