Bass problems and sitting position

I am having problems with my low end. Using the test oscillator in logic pro i am getting loud bump at 105hz and 135hz and a hugh dip in volume when I hit 90hz and then going lower it get quieter. I have a ton of bass traps but I think I have them in the wrong places. Here are my issues

1. Low end Bass Volumes vary a lot

2. Having trouble hearing reverbs and delays

3. Picking the best sitting positions and distance for me and the speakers making the triangle..

My room is 17' x 11'

Here are some pictures to see what I have going on.

The pictures are 1. Mix position, 2. Back wall 3. Left side with window, 4. right side and you cant see if but there is a door in the back that is always open

Thanks

Can you post any of the files?
You say that you think you have the bass traps in the wrong place. Here's a quick test to check for bass trap placement -
