media hole soundproofing

I'm just finishing my studio build in which I've built a control room and live room completely independent of each other--no shared walls, and I need to figure out my cable runs from room to room. How can I get wiring between the two rooms without losing my sound-proofing?

Typically, you'd run a large conduit and snake the cables through.

Run more lines than you currently need too, say you only need 12, put 16 in etc. Don't need to wire them all in, but then at least you've run them to take care of future expansion
