Attic Studio

Hi everyone
I was wondering if I can get your input on a little attic studio I want to build.

Intro:
So I have been a musician for 17 years and I have a passion for music (most likely everyone in the forum does). I happen to live with my parents and I'm a full time student, Now my house doesn't have room for me to set up my instruments so I haven't been able to play very often anymore because it's a big hassle having to move everything and unloading all my drums and gear and then having to do it again to put it back.
The only room available is in the attic which is fine by me, however the jackass that installed my roof years ago decided to build a roof on top of the existing roof, so instead of having walking space up there (which I would have if he didn't build the 2nd roof on there) I know have a angled room.

So here's a picture of the attic and the available space
and I will also include a sketh up picture of the space I design

let me know if you think it is worth it

the highest point of the ceiling is 75" and it goes down 5" every 12"

the dimensions are 11.5'x16.5'
however the ceiling is at an angle

thats fine, aslong as you can use it for playing then why not. it's better to have that space and play drums than not play them
