Recommend me some really strong glue.

I need some strong glue for rigid acoustical panels that I will put on bricks.

I was thinking about gorilla glue or loctite power grab.

I have some 3m spray but its not working well.

liquid nails will fuc your brick up

I would drill Small holes and put anchors in
putty it and paint it when your done

have you ever thought of hanging the panels from the ceiling

with good hard ware it could look quite nice
may even get better trapping results
