Rockwool 100

Are rockwool panels 100/kg 2" any good?

4" much better?

Less dense much better?

Rockboard 40 at 4" thick, with a 4" airspace is considered the minimum for broadband absorption panel.

Density is not as importnt as gas flow resistivity, for acoustical performance.
