Monitor calibrating in Pro tools/Studio one help

I am calibrating my yamaha monitors and have done some research. Some sites say to set the pink noise to -20 while others say 0. Also I noticed that the pink noise in pro tools is much louder than in studio one when set at the same levels.

Use a slow c weighted db meter aimed directly at the speakers acoustical axis from one meter away. Adjust the gain till it reads 83db. Repeat for each speaker. Combined output should be 85db at the listening position. This 85db from the speakers should correspond to around -15db on the meters in your daw.
