HT Topt peak at 80hz

My first post. As the title says, was wondering how you approach this issue.. Nothing really sticks out on the spectrogram and waterfall there, so I'm a little confused. This is in my ~2200 cu ft home theater with modest room treatment (GIK). Is this just a matter of playing an 80hz sine wave and walking around with an SPL meter, and placing more treatment where it's loud? And I'd rather not absorb mids and highs anymore than it already is.
