40 kg/m^3 rockwool vs 70

Hello,
I would like to acoustically insulate a wall with plasterboard and rock wool.
I will leave 6 cm of air space then 5 cm of rock wool and then plasterboard.
I am wondering if 40 kg/m^3 rockwool is enough or not, The noise I hear from the neighbor are very far speaking and a noticeable but not too strong noise from the music they listen to when it is very high (mainly bass frequencies).

thanks!

Hello,

The rockwool can be use for the absorption of sound product by yourself not by your neighbors.

You need to put in place a sound insulation and only a professional could be help you in situ.
