Hey guys. Super quick question.

I’m treating my room right now 16’8”x 11’2”. If my math is right the 38% sweet spot rule of thumb should be 6’4”from the front wall.
My question is what is the equation to find an equilateral triangle from this point

Equilateral just means all sides are the same length. If your speakers are 6 feet apart, tgey should both be 6 feet from your head as well. Use a tape measure. The "rule" is not really a rule though. Its just a good starting point. Measure with rew and tweak speaker placement to find optimal positioning.
