Alternative to tube traps for vocals

Currently trying to record vocals in a small, treated bedroom and things are still sounding boxy/tubby. There’s a very slight hint of comb filtering, as well as some annoying midrange resonances that I’m guessing are the fault of the room.

Apart from corner traps and panels on rear/side walls, I have six freely-movable OC 703 gobos that I place around me while singing, as well as two panels mounted on the ceiling above my recording position. I also have a few thick moving blankets and an Aston Halo that I never really use.

I have experience building a quick sound field with ASC tube traps in small rooms/closets and it’s absolutely phenomenal. I’m hoping there’s some configuration with my movable gobos (pictured) that will lend me similar results.

I do have a DPA measurement mic on hand as well... perhaps there’s a way I could measure for the best vocal recording setup?

Signal chain is a Flea 49 into a 1073 + LA3A. Thank you!
