Critique my control room, please

Please rate my control room.

I've got all decay times under 300ms and I'm about to start on building 2D diffusers. It sounds very good in here playing ref material I know really well. Do not be afraid to **** on anything I've done. The Bass traps are built using Rockwool (ROCKWOOL SAFE n SOUND R- Stone Wool Batt Insulation with Sound Barrier from Lowe's) and whitewood. Attached is my REW file.

Attached here is photos of the room:

Hidden bass trap behind the desk:

I'd love to hear what people think. I plan on a 2'x6' 2D diffuser behind where I sit calculate via qrdude. However I'm not sure how to indicate the space I have to work with and the dimensions of my wood.

Decay times aren't everything because you still have visible room modes at 87 and 145 Hz (albeit under control), a hole at 110, your bass rolls off at 80 Hz and your treble at 10 kHz.

I'm not sure if diffusion will help a lot considering your speaker seems to roll off so quickly.

The impulse response has a lot of stuff happening above -20 dB before the 20 ms mark -- probably your desk and associated stuff. What is the reflection at 10 ms vs 14.5 ms?

What speaker was that measured with? L? R?

I ran through both speakers L, R, and sub all at once and had the mic where my head would be.

The speakers are Yamaha HS80s with the matching Sub.

EDIT: 10ms is about 11ft, so that's probably coming from the back wall that is getting a diffuser.

Please measure speakers independently from each other. Also sub solo, speakers + sub and just speakers.

Regarding the high-end rolloff: Could it be the speaker acoustical axis is above the measurement microphone?
