Corner isolation booth shortcomings

Hi everyone, im currently in the design stages of building a little corner booth to be able to have some better isolation for tracking. Im not looking for complete isolation but enough to be able to monitor drums/guitars accurately.

This is my plan:
standard 2x4 framing with r13 fiberglass insulation
inner wall 2 layers of 5/8 drywall with green glue
Outer wall 1 layer of 5/8
And most likely a similar door to what is in the drawing (solid core).
Im also planning on adding additional mass in the attic space about the booth.

This is a standalone building so neighboring walls on the outside are not a concern.

Solid concrete slab

Assuming this is all built airtight, am I asking for trouble without building another wall on top of the perimeter walls/ceiling?

This probably goes without saying, but this is not intended as a commercial studio setup nor am I aiming for those standards. This is more of a writing/preproduction space. Which isnt an excuse to cut corners but I also want to be realistic with what I can afford to spend. Currently the materials I have planned total under $500.00. And it needs to stay that way.
