Studio acoustics question

Here for the gear

Studio acoustics question

Hi !
Im aware that i should always set-up my room lenghtwise, but im having bit of a bad time here with my rental room.
So as you can see from the pictures, the room is not symmetrical.
I would tear down that backwall/closet, but its a rental space.

So my question is, is this the best possible way to setup my gear?
Im afraid that the closet/space will cause some time-allingment/phase problems.
Improvements and ideas are more than welcome.

Lives for gear
If you moved your setup to the wall to the right of you (your right when you mix in your current configuration), and center your listening position midway between the two partial walls, it would be acceptably symmetrical. That does leave you with a short distance from the speakers to the back wall. I would do very, very thick trapping behind you. That can be freestanding trapping and not structural. The furniture would have to be moved, but that shouldn’t be a problem.
My recommendation is not based on any serious education or expertise, it’s amateur guesswork. I write this in hope it will draw some correction, endorsement, or even derisive laughter from this forum’s experts.
