Analysis tools and panels for edit suite

Hello all,

Can someone suggest some relatively budget solution to measure a room response? Would be nice if it was fairly accurate.

I'm speccing out a large edit suite which is quite reflective, but as it's not strictly for audio, the acoustics is not super important. However, it would be nice to be able to grab a response of the room to know where any problems might lie and to aid in choosing the right panel. I would imagine mid/high end absorption is of most importance here.

Then again, would there be any point in doing this? Is there a safe way of choosing a panel that will definitely reduce reflections?

Best,
J
