Finished in 1999 -- VS Roland 1680 -- mixed to a Masterlink
Wow. I really liked the changes in this and it’s just a good song. I think I’d arrange it maybe a little differently but there is a ton of great stuff there.

No longer can recover the data from the VS proprietary files -- would be wonderful -- but, many songs I load up -- have no way of remixing the tracks -- and sadly ~~~ a large portion of the artist > have passed away . https://static.gearslutz.com/board/i...nu/yinyang.gif
I just finished a remix. I think I may have done the master a bit too bright. Here below is the link to the soundcloud stream (I couldn't manage to embed it here). Feedbacks and suggestions are very welcome!
Nice job! IMO the closed HH at the right side is a bit too loud (but lately I have something against HH's on the right side.... therefore I'm not sure it's really too loud).

Thank you very much! Glad you liked it :D It´s too late to change my HH now, im going live on spotify very soon :( But i think it sounds pretty fine, maybe my ears aren´t as well trained as yours. Btw, can you listen to this song on every soundsystem you got, to tell me if something is very bad about the mix? I have listened to my mix on 11 different systems from low-end to high-end speakers, and it sounds great on all of them actually, it´s my first mix ever that sounds great on every speaker i own, im very proud to be honest!
Assonance brings you a distinctive new sound to the drum and bass genre. With punchy kicks, relentless snares, gnarly basslines and a rhythmic vocal hook, this is step forward in dnb production for the 21st century. It even has a beautiful narrative storyline from The Earth Chronicles novelist J A Browne.
Unusual track. Not quite "Noise Music" but not sure where it goes. Definitely out of the ordinary.
Indeed. I found the track to be kind of mantric in nature. I listened on headphones in my office and let it take me to....wherever that place is it took me.
