hey Val,
i just finished listening. Good stuff.
my thoughts for improvement: I would lower the volume of the kick or remove it for 1 bar, or half a bar right before the chorus (I will praise the Lord I will, etc) , so that it builds up the kind of contrast that catches your ear.

Well done though. I like the panning and vocal layering.
cheers,
bainmack

A little Darbuka fill wouldn`t go amiss (pushing into the chorus maybe)

Hey here is good chakra hertz notes...432 Hz Chakra Balance

don't forget about Saturn: NASA -
Eerie Sounds of Saturn's Radio Emissions
music of the spheres...

You know if you take the base vibration of prayers... base frequency of the syllable or word - you can pick up great base chords for song... like Lords prayer etc.

I don't think OP is asking for suggestions on how to connect to God through music. I think, rather, he's saying he's done it and is asking for comment.

Having listened, without the explanatory post and the title of the piece I don't think I would have picked up on the spirituality of it. But if it works for the OP, hey, who's to question?

And who knows what kind of music God likes? It wouldn't surprise me if He finds a lot of the more obviously churchy music overly solicitous, especially the stuff where He's specifically name-checked. This more oblique approach just might be right up His all-seeing, all-knowing alley.

///finally got to listen to more of you music...
When you glorify... it comes from the heart. Your music comes from there GJ.

I really enjoy how you contrast some music sections with spiritual views against the that of the 'natural' world as it goes on in the background nice.

Yea that point-counterpoint hit me over the head. I love it! Now that I think of it it, it really puts the true meaning of your song(s) into a GREAT context! Some times when you get in the zone and just let it fly... it comes from a higher producer lol that is real co-creating.

Bless my friend! I love having inspiration and here is a poem I wrote a lil while back.
It was specifically written to 'connect' to God. It came from the 'ethers' hope you enjoy it...

Green Pastures and Still Waters

I walk not alone to Green Pastures and Still Waters
Following the path in sunshine and in darkness

Knowing someone will provide
True answers, true direction, as they lay out before me

I journey through night and am blessed during the day
With my steps falling softly to listen more gently

As my faith follows close the sun is beautifully bright
With a comforting breeze always about the trees

I now see the glory of the green pastures
And can taste the freshness of the still waters
That was always, always beside me
Surrounding my friend; up on the right.

Ty boombapdame. I do not know if you ever received my pm. I hope you did. If you didn't let me know. Its strange when you get in the 'zone' when creating - its almost like from heaven to earth type thing. Funny because it takes lil effort and no stress. How is your music pursuit going? would like to know. tc

I really felt this @ s wave you were hitting some real spiritual aspects of life. Reminded me that we are all connected in this experience of life and ones' struggle is not too dissimilar from anothers but there is always a road to victory.

GREAT WORK KEEP CREATING!
