If You Only Had £200?

If You Only Had £200 pound and needed a decent recording Mic (Condenser) and also a USB audio interface with Phantom power on it, what equipment would you be best buying for now?

If you bought used then you could probably get a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 and a Rode NT1 for that price. Maybe swap out the Rode for a SM57 or SM58. Dynamics can often perform as well as condensers depending on the source.

Mackie Blackjack (people toss them away for $100 US because of early driver issues), and a Rode NT2A or Advanced Audio CM47FET.

Iv fell in love with the se2000 it's just that I wasn't sure which audio interface to go for or if there was a better microphone that I could actually go for.

Red5 Audio RV8... Good sounding condenser, and cheap.

+1 on the Mackie Blackjack and Scarlett. Maybe a Line6 interface.
