Space Echo 201

I love this machine but I seem to be getting a loud hum when I turn on the reverb, i dont have anything grounded to cause this issue so i'm wondering what it could be or is this just what happens with these machines??
thank you

Open it up and make sure the cables are plugged in tight on the reverb pan.

The Space Echo has a certain thing with grounding... I didn't dig deeper into it but when my assistant brought his SpaceEcho in the studio we took a cable from a fireface output to it's input, via a isolation transformer and when you do the ground lift, there's no signal anymore. Sooo... maybe you need some grounding to get rid of the noise...?
