Tascam US-600 Problems

Hey guys and girls,
I'm having some issues with my recently purchased Tascam US-600 interface. It's working perfectly on my Windows 7 laptop with the 1.0 Windows driver. However, my MacBook running Mountain Lion does not recognize the interface at all. I've downloaded and installed the 1.10 Mac driver which Tascam states is compatible with Mountain Lion, and uninstalled it and retried several times. The USB light on the interface flashes when I plug it in to the Mac, but it's solid green when I plug it into my Windows machine. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hi!
I´m facing exactly the same problem on new 13" MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion.

1. Installed 1.10 Driver -> flashing USB indicator
2. Uninstalled Driver
3. Reinstalled following step-by-step description in the user manual -> Same result

:(

Same problem here!

Brand new 15" Mac Pro. Nothing else installed. 10.8.2

Brand new US-600

Installed driver 1.10 from web.

It doesn't work! USB light blinks on and off.

I have found a solution!

Get a USB 2.0 HUB, Plug it into the MacBook and then plug your interface, It works!

I just tried an old, super cheap HUB of which i think that it is broken. Surprisingly it didn´t work. :-)

I´ll try another HUB in the evening.
Good to hear that somebody got it working at all!
