PT 7 Zooming channel-by-channel annoying...Help

Why when I zoom waveform magnification (amplitude -- "size" of waveforms) do SOME channels "blow up" and some stay at their magnification level? Only noticed this in PT 7. Thanks.

Haven't noticed it with audio but midi tracks never have the same zoom value. I have to constantly change it and it's annoying as hell

It's a new 'feature' in 7.

It's worth reading the 'what's new in PT7' document, as this feature has been completely revamped..... whether you find it an improvement or not is another matter!

Once you read the explanation on how it works it does kinda make more sense, and is more powerful than the previous method.
