Fair Price for an Otari MX-7300?

It's a 1" 8-track in great shape, recently serviced. Also includes a second duplicate machine that's "partially operational" (tho not record-ready, might need some new relays), with good condition headstack. Is $2,100 way out of the ballpark for something like this or is it even remotely reasonable?

I'm willing to pay a bit extra to have something that's not going to need a ton of work to get up to speed (I'm well aware of maintenance issues, etc. that go along with this sort of thing though), but not like 2x more than it's worth.

I'd keep the second machine for parts mostly and maybe rack up a few of the pres (see if re-capping / modding would make anything unique-sounding).

Thoughts? I feel sort of like I'd be a sucker to buy this, though I really would like it. Would be the center of my new small at-home recording project. MIGHT use as a front-end for a DAW (just throwing tracks in and mixing) at first, eventually probably just standalone.
