has anyone ever carried a 3unit rack on a train?

Is it hard to do? I'm going somewhere by train, just me and a 3unit rack sampler.

How long is a piece of string?

If you can lift the case it shouldn't be difficult at all... if the case is too heavy for you, and you don't have a "wheel based solution" then it could be a struggle.

There are no restrictions I've ever encountered from any railroad organization in North America, Europe, or Asia that prevented the transport of 3 units in a rack case [other than North American rail service sucking ass and being an often ****ty way to travel unless you're in the "Northeast Corridor"].

Peace

As Fletcher said It's not that hard to do if you can lift the case

But you can get tired pretty quickly just getting to and from the station
Same if you have to change anywhere for connections

Obviously avoid subways as they'll be crowded and getting in and out can be a pain

You might want to stand with it between carriages if it's not a long journey or get a seat near where the storage part of the carriage is and keep an eye on it

You see people all the time with suitcases right?
it's the same deal as that
