Mbox 3 Pro & Rosetta 200 Audio Interfaces

Mbox 3 Pro & Rosetta 200

Ok so right now im running

akgc414b-uls to a Avalon 737 to a distressor to mbox 3 pro to computer!!! A friend is selling his Rosetta 200 for 1200 Bucks Should I Pick one up. Is it that important to have good conversion???

Definitely try it first before spending the money. The Mbox Pro sounds pretty amazing, so I don't think you will hear the difference you might expect.

That's what I was thinking. The Mbox Pros conversion is actually very good. It won't keep you from making a nice sounding recording. I'm not a fan of the pres on the Avid Mbox interfaces but it sounds like you've already got that covered.
