phantom power and tube mics?

I'm wondering if it would hurt a tube mic (mxl v69me) to have the phantom power on. I'm using a two channel pre and the phantom power is either on or off. If I use another condinser I need phantom power, but the 69 has its own power supply. Will it damage it to have the phantom power on? Thanks.

I don't know your mic specifically, but any professional microphone should not be damaged or compromised with phantom power on the lines. There are several ways to decouple the mic from the phantom. If the mic uses a transformer on the output that will block the phantom as will capacitors in the output circuitry. If you feel uncomfortable hitting it with phantom try contacting the manufacturer and see what they say.
