Do a search for posts on the Equation RP-21 if you need a great tracking headphone. They run under $100 and beat up the Sony 7506. Mixing on phones (which is not advised) is an entirely different thing and from what I've seen recomended in posts, your $200 won't buy it.

i own a pair of akg 701 and they sound great to me, but not for tracking, as they are open, but they sound sweet, and extra wide.
