That's an early Wiener Schwachstrom Werke desk from the 60s. I believe they had valve/tube inputs.

You won't get anywhere near that sound in digital recordings.

That's a WSW desk, indeed. Tube inputs, transistor summing, very well thought out routing matrix.

I will post some pictures of that desk soon.
