PT editing command question

I've been looking online the last half hour or so and haven't been able to find the answer I'm looking for. Does someone know a mac pro tools quick key command that will navigate me to the next edit point: either the beginning point of a file with no fade, the beginning point of a file with a fade in, an un crossfaded edit point, an end of a file with no fade, an end of a file with a fade? Dose this make sense? I'm looking for a quick key command in pro tools to help me find all the areas in a comped track that need to be cleaned up. I'm sure this has to exist, right?

thanks in advance,

If I understand correctly you just hit the tab key, but make sure tab to transient is off.

Or select the region on the right and hit the right arrow

the [L] key and ['] key moves left or right as well when the a-z keyboard focus is selected in the edit window.
