Lucid DA9624 DOA!- Repairs in EU / UK?

Hi all,

I just got to hook up a Lucid da9624 box i bought from the states second hand. I was away for 2 & 1/2 weeks since it got here and now its too late to do anything about the fact that it doesnt work.. Must ve been damaged during shipping but again, my partner has thrown away the boxes so i cant claim...

It distorts VERY heavily on one channel (its meter goes nuts too) and i tried several signals into it.

What do you suggest i do now? Repairs in europe or uk for Lucid?

I never had to get a digital device fixed, so have no clue what is possible.
If anyone knows of a good & reasonable place in the uk or around, please drop me a line.

Cheers Snatchman

I ve got a us-to-eu voltage converter that i used with the lucid.
The voltage converter was always working fine and tried it with other us v. boxes it seems to be ok..

Hm, maybe i ll go test it again.. you never know.
