Does exist a PCI/PCI ex sound card with both WC I/O and converters?

Hello I am looking for a PCI/PCI ex soundcard with WC I/O and built in converters (at least DA converters)
Do you know a model?

Thank you in advance

:-)

RME HDSPe AIO board can do all that if you add the optional time code (HDSP TCO) board.

Yeah, I guess that would work just as well so long as you're OK with PCI rather than PCIe. I have a vague memory that there may be some kind of issues with some of the newer Intel Sandy Bridge chipsets and PCI, but so long as that doesn't affect you, the 9632 should be OK.

the hdspe is better than the old 1 for sure and gives lower latencies cuz it the pcie slot allows for a 250mb/s transfer which is almost double what the PCI can do, besides the PCI trend is almost vanishing from new mobos now
