Lacie DVD burners?

simple question. thumbsup or not?

actually not that simple... tell me what you think if you can compare. I've been eyeing one.

A friend of mine has one and I've used it a few times. It's much faster than my internal DVD burner. You have to download a driver (at least I did for my mac), but it performs well.

I have had one for almost two years and it's sturdy and reliable. I use it instead of my Mac's internal DVD burner when backing up my audio data.
