AES digital cable for analog/mic/monitors (W3080)

It sounds like a lot of people use W3080 Mogami or other AES/digital cable, for their analog signals (mics). I cant find anything on these regarding them be balanced or unbalanced? I was thinking about using this cable for my monitors, but im not sure so I would want to use unbalanced cable for this. Are these cables balanced?

hmm no i mean balanced. If it has 2 cables and a shield, i guess that means its balanced right?

Proper AES cable - often coloured turquoise - is a 110-Ohm balanced cable.

It can be used for AES3 or AES42 and can also be used for analogue microphones should you do desire.

I have these cables for my AES42 digital mics and often use the same cables for analogue.
