tascam 2488 neo, how usable is this for the blind

Hello. I was considering getting one of these as a stand alone recording unit because, the artist side of me isn't so keen on the notion of relying on a pc with a bunch of different software like sonar and a lot of syft synths just to create tracks and capture the moments of inspiration that could lead to some pretty cool stuff.

My questions about this unit are, how easily might it be to be able to use this unit, or at least a lot of it's features without seeing the display?

Are there dedicated buttons for most functions anf if you get lost in the menu system is it pretty easy to find the beginning by going to a zero point or can you count through menu items?
