No one has mentioned Metronome Studios in Brookline NH. It's a first-class place that's hugely well stocked. It's not a huge room for drums, but it's got tons of vibe, and was professionally designed.

Take a look at their site, and you'll see what I mean...

Great staff, too. Rafi is one of the best in town.

I highly recommend Metronome. Beautiful studio, great SSL board, really nice drum room (wood/stone), award winning engineer, and wonderful people to work with.

Very cool studio, indeed. Killer collection of esoteric Neumanns (and other goodies). Nice piano, too.

Nice to see that other folks have the same impression that I do of Metronome. Well deserved.

It also boasts one of the finest mastering studios you'll find anywhere near by, with Grammy-winning mastering engineer Jay Frigoletto.
