Reference Monitor Help - Avantone Mixcubes the answer?

I've recently got a pair of Dynaudio BM12a's, and love them.

However, i want a pair of honest, accurate reference monitors to compare mixes on that'll help me get my mid range spot on.

I've been looing at the Avantone active Mixcube's and they look really good, does anyone have any opinions on these?

I would like some NS10's, but i cant afford them along with a decent amp to run them.

I'm looking to spend no more than £400 new, so something around the same price as the active mixcubes would be perfect.

Any suggestions would be great, I would ideally like to buy a better quality pair of monitors, second hand.

Well, it looks like you bought NS-10Ms in the end?
