PCM 92 with flickering light inside box !!

Hi

I had a live gig last night with my PCM 92 reverb.

I had some problems during routing to and from a LS9/32 desk. A lot of output from PCM left channel, and not so much from right channel. Might be my mistake, but just mentioning...

BUT WHAT WORRIED me the most was a constant blinking light from INSIDE the PCM 92. It was very visible from the top of the unit, and also visible through some of the XLR connectors at the back.

Anyone knows what this is ??

Thanks

Lives for gear
Some manufacturers use light bulbs for fuses. When you see light it means the fuse could be close to blowing. Peavey uses light bulb fuses. You see lite coming from speaker ports when they are pushed hard.

Here for the gear

I recently bought a PCM92 and noticed the same thing.

I emailed lexicon over the weekend and they got back to me first thing monday morning. Turns out it's just a status light indicating that the unit is up and running.
