Here for the gear

£200 to spend on plugins.... help me please!

I already have some decent plugins,

Cytomic The Glue
Voxengo: Crunchessor and Marquis Compressor
Apqualizr
Sknote : roundtone, presence, gts-39
Vallhalla Room

I think I'm lacking a decent limiter (although W1 seems to be doing the job alright right now)

What I am looking for are some slightly more "musical" EQs, a gate and a de-esser

Things that I have been looking at are the

Waves Renaissance Maxx bundle

Elephant and Voxformer by Voxengo

The PSP Mixpack2 or the PSP squad

or Equality

what do you think? got any thoughts or suggestions?

I would consider The Glue to be far more than a decent limiter.
Musical EQ's to consider might be Waves API and Waves V series.

If I was buying a limiter I'd go for Fabfilter Pro L

I would buy a console emulation either Sknote one or Satsun

If you want Musical EQs I would look at Acustica Audio Nebula 3 Pro and some 3rd party libraries. Best musicality ITB. Honestly - I wouldnt waste much money on other digital EQs. ApEQ is fine.

Maybe you could consider another reverb. Valhalla Shimmer. 2C Audio Breeze.

Otherwise - what you have is good to get the job done - other stuff will not really be an improvement. Some will disagree but IMO money better spent on instruments or outboard hardware.

+1 on the Waves V eq (especially the 1080)
Stillwell Vibe eq will get you part of the way there for less $$$
Not so big on the Waves API eqs but the API comp is great.

My main eqs are V series 1080 and renaissance eq.

Psp mixpack is good I but don't go much on the psp quad :(

just what works for me

The Nasty High Frequency, Nasty Low Frequency and Nasty Channel strip are free and to be honest, to my ears they are very very good. The DDMF true stereo EQ is cheap and damned good as well.

I would spend it all on Duende Native EQ & Dynamics Channel
EQ gate comp, just amazing sound! far better than the waves one. But thats me.

Yes fabfilter L is really good, the Pro C can dessess well.

IK's Vintage Tube Program Equalizer sounds very nice, get that real low and real airy highs with it, cheap too.
Equlity set to analoge mode might be the best sounding thing out there, but eats the CPU
